Shannon Kroll

Shannon Kroll serves as Wipro Consulting’s Global Sustainability Leader and North America Technology & Media Sector Leader. She is a sustainability thought leader and brings extensive experience driving enterprise-wide strategy and transformation, launching new business units, leading teams around the globe, and accelerating business growth.

Prior to joining Wipro, Shannon held multiple leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, including serving as a founding member of the Global Sustainability & Climate business. Previously, Shannon was a Presidential Management Fellow at the US Treasury and the White House and served in positions at Samsung and a healthcare non-profit. She holds a MBA from INSEAD.

Shannon is dedicated to building strong relationships with colleagues and clients and making an impact in her local community of Austin, Texas. Outside of work, she is passionate about international travel, exploring other cultures, personal development, and wellness.
