Kshitij Mulay is passionate about driving the business through technology and organisational development. As SEPHORA’s CIO, he is responsible for Enterprise IT, Digital & Data Platforms and Services for China and SEA.
He was previously the Global CIO at Procter & Gamble (P&G) for one of its brands SK-II where he drove global data strategy and built the brand’s digital presence by leveraging marketing technology solutions and platforms.
He has over 21 years of experience with P&G across India, Australia, Japan and Singapore in local, regional and global leadership roles in sales IT, marketing and consumer IT, business process services, employee services, and supply chain IT.
